The course did what I needed it to do, and I was able to get my PDH finished, so I can’t complain too much. That said, the experience wasn’t great. Some of the material felt a little dated, and the website wasn’t the easiest to navigate. For something like this, I just think it should be fairly straightforward and easy to use. It worked in the end, but I’d probably try a different provider next time

They finished pretty much when they said they would, which I really appreciated. Compared to other places I’ve dealt with where the timing can be way off, this was straightforward with no surprises.

I could find the courses, get going quickly, and I didn’t have to sit there clicking around trying to figure out how the site worked, which I appreciated a lot with only a few days left.
Once I finished the courses, the certificates were available right away, and that was probably the biggest relief of the whole thing. It wasn’t some fancy, overcomplicated setup or anything like that, but that’s kind of what I liked about it. It just did what I needed it to do, when I needed it, and helped me get everything wrapped up before my deadline.

It was a simple fix, and once they pointed me in the right direction I was able to move on. I’m giving 4 stars because the site was a bit confusing for me at first, but overall the support was helpful.

They did get back to me, so it wasn’t like I was being ignored, but this is where it got annoying, the replies were slow. It ended up taking a few days and I had to send one follow-up email, but the refund did finally come through. Overall, not a terrible experience, just slower than I would’ve liked.
